Facial Recognition Comedy (SF Sketchfest)

Facial Recognition Comedy is a stand-up comedy show composed of female-identifying performers of South Asian (Indian, Pakistan, etc.) or Arab descent. This show was created to let everyone know that we are not the same person. Our goal is to dispel the Hollywood myth that there can only be one type of minority entertainer per project, as well as showcase the diversity within our demographic. Each stand-up comic has a unique style and takes that you will learn to tell apart if you haven’t already.

The theater is located at 1323-A 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica, CA 90401. Yes, we’re in the alley between 3rd & 4th. Yes it is safe. 🙂

PARKING:
You can find us at the back of the Parking Garage #3 (Structure Three, whose entrance is on 4th Street just north of Santa Monica Blvd between Santa Monica and Arizona).
The first 90 minutes is free. The following hour is a dollar.
